Appointment & Payment Terms
All appointments must be confirmed by phone, text, or email.
Travel or mobile fees apply based on location and urgency.
Payments are due upon completion of the notarization unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cash, card, or electronic payments as indicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 30 minutes of a scheduled visit may still incur a call-out fee.
Legal Compliance
Our notaries adhere to state and federal notary laws and regulations. We cannot proceed with notarization if identification is invalid, incomplete, or inconsistent, or if the signer appears unwilling or unable to understand the document.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for the legal content, purpose, or outcomes of documents notarized. Our role is strictly limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures as per law. Under no circumstances shall Sacramento Notary Co. be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
