We travel throughout Sacramento County and the inner ring of Placer County. Travel fees are billed separately from the notarial-act fee. Per California Government Code §8211, the maximum statutory notarial-act fee is $15 per signature; travel fees are quoted in advance.

How fees stack: notarial-act fee (capped by §8211) + flat travel fee disclosed before dispatch + any after-hours surcharge if applicable. Full quote given on the phone before we leave the office — no surprises on arrival.

- Government photo ID for every signer. Driver’s license, state ID, or US passport. ID must be current or issued within the last five years.
- The document(s) to be notarized — unsigned. Do not sign before the notary arrives. California requires signing in the notary’s presence.
- The full location. Street address, suite/room, parking instructions, and any hospital ward or building access details.
- Your deadline or urgency window. Tell us if this needs to happen today, this week, or by a specific filing time.
